On4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any on4d services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and on4d ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the on4d platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one. on4d reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via your registered email or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia and to any users accessing the platform from other locations where such use is permitted under their local laws.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of on4d services, you will need to register a valid account. During registration, you agree to:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a reachable email address.
- Not registering more than one personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on on4d at any given time.
- Confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. on4d does not permit registration or use by individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- Keeping your account password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party who accesses it.
- Notifying on4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by emailing [email protected].
On4d reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and compliance with platform policies. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in a temporary suspension or closure of the account.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the on4d platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without a refund:
- Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical tools to manipulate games, gain an unfair advantage, or interfere with platform operations.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through such means are void and will not be honoured.
- Committing payment fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or banking details, initiating illegitimate chargebacks, or engaging in any other form of financial fraud.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party. on4d accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Distributing disruptive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on on4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments in foreign currencies directly through the user interface.
- Deposit: Funds deposited into your on4d account may be used for gameplay once the transaction has been successfully verified. Processing times depend on your chosen payment method and may range from a few minutes to 24 hours.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. on4d reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Refunds: Deposits that have been credited to your account and used for gameplay are non-refundable. on4d is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's gameplay decisions.
- Dormant Funds: Accounts that have been inactive for a set period may be subject to maintenance fees. on4d will notify users before any deductions are made.
- Transaction Disputes: Transaction disputes must be reported to the on4d support team within 30 days of the transaction date via email at [email protected].
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
On4d provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, on4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from gameplay outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.
On4d's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the on4d platform — including logos, graphic designs, user interfaces, text, game software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of on4d or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from on4d.
Third-Party Links
The on4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. on4d does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access any third-party links entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy: Suspension and Closure
On4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform for unlawful purposes, or upon instruction from a relevant authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any funds remaining in their account.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
On4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the official website. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest applicable version.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceedings relating to the on4d platform must be brought before the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be reinterpreted to the extent permitted, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
